Love it. It is subtle, does not take away from the flowers, but different and the possibilities...wow.

Love that it is a new technique.

Chris your paperweight is radiating beauty. The background adds to the overall effect of the flowers. As always your work is excellent in every way.

How refreshing to see a completely different background to a paperweight! A great deal of complex work as always in the flowers, now the ground is also complex . I see plenty of different grounds in future pieces, initially when I saw the images, my eye was drawn to the complete weight, then to the ground, and finally to the bouquet - but that was yesterday - now its the whole image again. Lots of potential here I think. I will view wallpaper with an added dimension from now on!

Very nice, Chris. It's definitely a unique look! I especially like the opposing diagonals in the design, where the angle of the background pattern of the "wallpaper" offsets the angle of the floral bouquet.
